Stroll Through the Jardin d’Acclimatation

Enjoy a 45-minute guided walk through the historic Jardin d’Acclimatation, a lush oasis in the heart of Paris. As you stroll, your guide will share the story behind the park and introduce the visionary architecture of the Fondation Louis Vuitton. You’ll gain insight into Frank Gehry’s design and the artistic philosophy behind the foundation before stepping inside.

Experience the Fondation Louis Vuitton

Next, step into the Fondation Louis Vuitton—an architectural masterpiece designed by Frank Gehry. Your premium tickets allow for smooth entry so you can begin exploring this extraordinary cultural landmark.

Inside, the experience varies depending on the date of your visit:

From March 3, 2026 to April 12, 2026
During this transitional period, the Fondation focuses on its architectural experience. Visitors explore the building itself through the Architectural Journey by Frank Gehry, an immersive presentation highlighting the design, engineering, and vision behind this iconic structure. There are no temporary exhibitions on display during this period, allowing guests to fully appreciate the building’s innovative design and panoramic terraces.

From April 15, 2026 to August 16, 2026 – Calder. Rêver en équilibre
From April 15 to August 16, 2026, the Fondation celebrates the centenary of Alexander Calder’s arrival in France in 1926 and marks fifty years since his death with a major retrospective. This exhibition explores all facets of Calder’s groundbreaking work, presenting his iconic mobiles, sculptures, drawings, and innovative experiments that revolutionized modern art.

Self-Guided Exploration

After the guided portion, enjoy time to explore the Fondation at your own pace. While about 1 hour inside is typical, we recommend up to 2.5 hours total to fully appreciate both the museum and the beautiful Jardin d’Acclimatation. With complimentary access to the gardens, many guests love lingering among the park’s tree-lined paths before or after their museum visit.
